- All pieces are handcrafted, so small imperfections are normal and part of their artisanal nature.

- Fabric patterns may change slightly depending on how the material is cut.
- Denim items: Avoid leaving them on dolls for long periods as they may cause minor color transfer.
- Cotton garments: Generally safe and do not bleed.
- Care: Hand wash only. Do not use hot water, dryers, or washing machines, as some fabrics may shrink or lose shape.
🌍 Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total order weight.
- All items are ready to ship unless specified otherwise.
- Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs, or external factors.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- United States: 14–28 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–28 business days
While we aim to meet these estimates, actual delivery can vary depending on the carrier or customs procedures.
Billing & Shipping Address
The billing and shipping addresses must match to complete the purchase.
🌐 Customs & Import Taxes
- For buyers within the European Union, VAT is already included in the prices, so you don’t need to pay any additional tax. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
- CatoCato Dolls is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
- For shipments to the United States, a 15% import duty fee will be charged separately to cover tariffs imposed under current U.S. trade regulations. This ensures there are no unexpected costs upon delivery.
- For shipments to Australia, a 5% import duty fee will be charged separately.
- For shipments to Canada, a 15% import duty fee will be charged separately.
- We ship all orders with customs duties prepaid so your package won’t be held at customs and arrives as quickly as possible, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
📦 Multiple Orders Policy
- Each order is processed individually and includes its own shipping fee.
- Occasionally, we may combine multiple orders into a single package. However, shipping fees for each order remain non-refundable.
- To avoid additional charges, please:
- Add all desired items to your cart before checkout.
- Review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects, or
- Incorrect items being shipped.
Return Terms
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are shared 50/50 and must be sent via tracked mail.
- Refunds are issued once the item is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be:
- In perfect condition
- Unused
- In its original packaging
